Finding effective personal training business plans needs to be an important component of the personal trainer's new business. This story will be the "who, what where, when and why" of personal training. Who the owner and trainer is, is the first 'W'. Also what the business is going to be and where it's going to be done. Additionally, when it'll be open for business is addressed. The most important aspect, of course, is exactly WHY a business if going to exist. If it's not to help a person with his or her personal fitness issue, than what is it truly doing in this game?

Think of things this way: Telling an effective business story will help the trainer's goal of having a successful outcome as it relates to his or her new business. It also helps the trainer keep in mind that the fitness business involves more than just designing exercise plans for a client, though that's a very important function. Really, what it does most of all is force the trainer to come up with a sound plan.
